Christmas is our busiest time of year at Fieldtrip, and we want to make sure your gifts arrive in plenty of time. Below you’ll find the final order dates for personalised and non-personalised products, plus a few helpful FAQs.
Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery
Personalised Orders - Order by Sunday 14th December
We recommend choosing Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout to give your parcel the quickest route to you.
Non-Personalised Orders - Order by Wednesday 17th December
To ensure pre-Christmas delivery you must select Tracked 24 at checkout.
How Quickly We Dispatch Orders
We’re engraving, packing and shipping as fast as we can from our Tynemouth studio.
• Most orders leave us within 48–72 hours of being placed
• Royal Mail Tracked services typically take 1–3 days to arrive (Tracked 24 is definitely the fastest arriving in 1-2 days, Tracked 48 is currently taking 2-4 days)
After the final order dates above, we will continue to post parcels — but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

We’ll be taking a short break between Christmas and New Year.
Any orders placed during this time will be dispatched from Friday 2nd January.

What happens if I order after the last posting date?
We’ll still process and ship your order, but Royal Mail may not deliver it before Christmas. If it’s time-sensitive, we strongly recommend ordering before the dates listed above.
Does engraving slow down my order?
A little. Engraving adds an extra step, especially at Christmas, but we work through personalised orders every day and still aim to dispatch within 48–72 hours.
Which delivery service should I choose?
For all Christmas orders, Tracked 24 is the safest option. It gives you faster delivery and better tracking through the Royal Mail network. Tracked 48 may arrive in time earlier in December, but becomes less reliable as we get closer to Christmas.
Can I collect my order from the Fieldtrip studio?
Yes — collection from our Tynemouth studio is available. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Just drop us an email (hello@fieldtripsupplies.com) and we can sort this out for you.
Can I add a Gift Message?
Yes - just add your message in the 'Order Notes' field on the cart page. We'll then print this out on one of our Fieldtrip Christmas Cards and enclose it with your order.
Can I change my engraving after ordering?
If you spot a mistake, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. If we haven’t started engraving yet, we’ll update it for you.
Will delays affect my delivery?
Royal Mail generally handles Christmas volumes well, but the closer we get to the 25th, the more unpredictable timings can become. Ordering early (and choosing Tracked 24) gives your gift the best chance of arriving in time.
