Refund policy

Delivery

We ship orders received Monday to Friday within 24 hours using Royal Mail Tracked 24, and any orders placed over the weekend will get shipped on Monday.

Unfortunately, due to recent changes in EU regulations, we cannot currently ship to countries in the EU.

Returns

We offer a 30-day free returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and we'll pay the postage.

Damages and issues
We check every order before it gets sent out, but it's always possible that we miss something or that it gets damaged in the post. If your order arrives with any damage then please send us an email hello@fieldtripsupplies.com and we'll sort it out for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
