DESIGN & ENGRAVING
The hardwood handle is engraved with the contours of The Cheviot, Northumberland’s highest peak, faithfully reproduced from a 1924 Ordnance Survey map.
It’s a subtle tribute to high ground and the paths through them, etched into a tool that’s built to last.
BLADE & FUNCTION
The 2.5" stainless steel blade is sharp, compact, and UK legal for everyday carry.
It’s tough enough for camp chores and precise enough for lunch prep, earning its place in your pocket day after day.
Stainless steel is easy to look after - just dry and clean it after each use and it will last for a lifetime.
HERITAGE
Knives have been made under the Eye Witness name in Sheffield since 1838, when John Taylor registered the mark after nearly two decades of blade making in the city.
Today, the company's still based in Sheffield and is now proudly owned by an Employee Trust, keeping the craft where it belongs.

Excellent Product, so well made as you would expect with Sheffield Steel. The topography outlining the Cheviot Hills is very detailed and adds to the detailing and feel of the knife. The knife is wonderful for a wide range of uses. Engraving is discreet but stylish.
