The Cheviot
Crafted by hand in Sheffield, The Cheviot is a folding pocket knife built for exploring, errands and everything in between.
It carries just the right weight in the hand, and slips easily into a pocket, pack, or kit bag.
A knife made for those who believe the best gear should be used, not saved.
NearLY perfect
These knives have been marked as 'nearly perfect' - that means that there was a mark or imperfection that meant we couldn't sell them at full price.
With most of the knives this usually means a variation in the wood handle - either slightly different colour between the handles on each side, or a mark on the wood.
They're still a great knife, and will give you decades of faithful service.
BLADE & FUNCTION
The 2.5" stainless steel blade is sharp, compact, and UK legal for everyday carry.
It’s tough enough for camp chores and precise enough for lunch prep, earning its place in your pocket day after day.
Stainless steel is easy to look after - just dry and clean it after each use and it will last for a lifetime.
HERITAGE
Knives have been made under the Eye Witness name in Sheffield since 1838, when John Taylor registered the mark after nearly two decades of blade making in the city.
Today, the company's still based in Sheffield and is now proudly owned by an Employee Trust, keeping the craft where it belongs.
