Orders are shipped the next working day, and are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard (you'll get an email with tracking information once they've been sent).
Engraved orders are normally shipped within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you need your order urgently choose Tracked 24 at checkout and you should receive it in 1-2 working days.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your order then you've got 30 days to return it, just drop us an email and we'll send you a postage paid shipping label to send it back to us.
