I couldn't identify any flaws with the knife, despite being advertised as 'nearly perfect', which is a testament to the high regard that Tristan and his team must hold product quality.
Delivery was fast and communication from Tristan was first rate. I am very happy with the product and equally as happy with the level of customer service. If all businesses operated with this level of service as a primary focus, I think complaints departments would be consigned to history.
I bought a slight seconds Cheviot Pocket Knife and I'm chuffed to bits. I cannot see why it's a slight seconds knife as it's cracking! A beautiful handle and a super sharp blade make this the best pocket knife I own. A Great British made product!

Bought the penknife as a gift for my son. I got a sale item as “imperfect” but I honestly can’t see anything imperfect about it so standards are very high! It’s a beautiful little item & feels lovely in your hand-love the wooden handle & the patterns.
I’m sure it will be treasured & used for camping etc for many years to come.

Very happy, with the penknife! It’s well constructed and durable. The knife casing is very attractive and natural which appeals to me. The knife blade is ideal for day to day use, sharp without being dangerous and easily opened. A great buy all round! Hope it lasts for years to come!

An excellent knife for the garden. Well made, firm mechanism and comfortable in the hand. For a “second” I have failed to find the imperfection. Looking forward to this having many years of use.

It's made by Taylor's Eye and I've had therse in the past and still use. So a minor imperfection (which I haven't noticed as yet) is not an issue to me.
